  • Have you done leadership training before, but you're still not seeing the results you expected?

  • Does your heart skip a beat every time the phone rings because you're wondering what's wrong now?

  • Do you have a lot of ideas to improve, but you don't have time to get them started, let alone finished?

  • Are you ready to start seeing better results?

When leaders are struggling, they tend to try to change their circumstances, redesign processes, or change up their team. But there is one thing that can really make the difference....

Introducing...

Thrive: A Leadership Journey

If you want better results, start with improving yourself!

As leaders we have a huge impact on how well our teams perform. This is why making the investment in yourself is key to your success. In Thrive, we focus on a learn-do-learn-do style of learning. Each week we'll learn new content that builds on the previous content. We'll also spend time exploring your thoughts around the key concepts and digging in deeper so you can feel comfortable trying something new.

1-day, 3-day, and week-long courses don't work because that's not how we learn!

Thrive: A Leadership Journey is an immersive leadership experience! We learn expectations by setting expectations. We learn feedback by giving and receiving feedback. We learn how to create a safe space by learning in a safe space.

This innovative approach to leadership training combines behavioral science and systems thinking to increase motivation, solve performance issues, lead change, and create an inspiring and engaging work environment that enhances the results of the organization and the lives of everyone in it.

What's included:

24, 1.5-hour sessions over 6 months

The sessions are facilitated discussions around the material, which deepens the understanding and primes the participants for implementing their committed actions.

Client Feedback

I really enjoyed the course format—the self-reading, reflection, and sharing with the team. Initially, I would have preferred a one-day course, but I now realize the value of having time between sessions to put the lessons into practice. Additionally, I wondered about the sharing component; it’s not typically something I’m overly comfortable with. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was pretty easy to open up and not feel judged.

New AND Experienced Leaders

Whether you've taken dozens of leadership courses or you're just starting out, you will gain benefits from this program. This innovative approach to leadership training will get you thinking and behaving differently, which is how to make real, lasting change!

02

Leaders who Care

If the ONLY thing that you're worried about is the bottom line, then this training isn't for you. Top-level Management

Thrive is part leadership program and part organizational development program. We'll discuss leadership concepts, strategy development, systems-thinking, and metric tracking. These are all pieces of the puzzle to create a culture where people (and results) thrive. This is best started at the highest level of the organization and then trickled throughout the leadership.

04

People who Want Sustaintainable Resul

Whether it's a diet or your organization, quick fixes and fads don't work because they don't truly change the thoughts and behaviors of the people. Create a Culture Where People Thrive

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

I participated in this course during a hectic and stressful time at work. The things I learned from the sessions helped keep me calm and focused.

I like the openness for discussion. Everyone is very welcoming. Kristina keeps the session moving with great insight and recommendations for those difficult situations.

In addition to providing “theory”, it also operationalized the concepts into useful techniques that could be used on a regular basis. It is so applicable!
